Pauline Moller | President
Pauline has been a leader in the digital media and interactive entertainment industry for over two decades. On top of launching her own startup—Wyley Interactive, a mobile gaming platform acquired in 2014—she has served as an SVP at Zynga, SVP & COO at EA Sports, and SVP & General Manager for EA’s large-scale 1400-person game development studio. Pauline currently sits on the board of Creative BC, an organization with the mandate to stimulate growth and investment in British Columbia’s creative sector. Previous board appointments also include the Burnaby Board of Trade, New Media BC, BC Interactive, and DigiBC.
Maura Rodgers | VP Product & Client Relations
Maura has been starting, advising and investing in Internet companies for over 15 years. Prior to leading ideation at Creative Labs, she founded Bootup Entrepreneurial Society, a community and mentor driven incubator that helped launch over 100 technology startups. Maura has cultivated teams for numerous tech companies, including Strutta and Spinway Inc., working with partners such as Costco, Barnes & Noble, Capital One, and Kmart to help the company acquire 8M users in 11 months. Outside of the office, Maura co-founded the Startup Visa Canada initiative, is a regular speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship and product marketing, and a strong advocate for women in tech.
Stan Chow | CEO, Affector
Stan is an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the entertainment and gaming industry. Prior to joining Creative Labs, he co-founded Centrix Studio, a Shanghai-based mobile gaming company, and acted as an independent consultant for numerous social gaming companies in Tokyo. He has also held executive management positions at several global media conglomerates, including acting as VP Games at Zynga, VP Product Development at Disney Interactive Studios, and VP & General Manager at Electronic Arts.
Dean Richards | CEO, BlueLine Studios
Dean is a results-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience managing large-scale business strategies within the digital media and interactive entertainment industry. Having spent 17 years at Electronic Arts, six of which he acted as a VP & General Manager at EA Studios, he was responsible for shipping over 25 ‘AAA’ titles, leading the business and production operations for top-tier product lines including NHL, NBA, UFC, and PvZ Garden Warfare.
Dorothy King | Director, m56 Canada
Dorothy has spent over 25 years in the information technology sector, building robust teams and leading the implementation of fast-paced development projects. Leveraging both agile and traditional methods, she has managed IT systems and production for a vast range of client companies, including Telus, The Walt Disney Company, and Electronic Arts.
Shailesh Daxini | Director, m56 India
Shailesh has over 20 years of product and software engineering experience, developing innovative consumer products and building technical teams oriented around a data-driven culture. Prior to launching the Indian division of m56, Shailesh co-founded a social gaming company that leverages IOT smart sensors and deep-learning AI to create interactive youth gaming experiences. He has also aided several multinational tech companies, including serving as VP Games & Country and COO for Zynga.
