Pauline Moller is a senior executive in the digital media and interactive entertainment industry with extensive experience leading large-scale business strategies, driving organizational change, and building high performance teams. Her career spans over 25 years in the field, including roles as: co-founder of start-up companies; Senior Vice President at Zynga, a social gaming company, where she led business and production operations; Senior Vice President & COO at EA SPORTS; and Senior Vice President & General Manager for EA's large-scale, 1,400-person game development studio, as well as Vice President R&D of an email messaging company.

Michael Yanover

CAA's involvement is led by its Head of Business Development Michael Yanover.  While at CAA, Yanover has represented major technology companies, including Amazon, Tencent, Cisco and Line.  He has also been a co-founder of several businesses on behalf of CAA and its clients, like Haus Laboratories with Lady Gaga, Funny or Die with Will Ferrell, EmpowerEDU (sold to Qualcomm) and WhoSay (sold to Viacom).  

Yanover has also led several CAA investments, such as JBrand Jeans, Charlotte Tilbury, Patreon and Medium.  Yanover also serves as a founding director of the Alliance for Southern California Innovation.

As Head of Consumer Investments at CAA, Michael Blank leads a cross-departmental team of agents and executives, guiding CAA's involvement in Connect Ventures, an investment partnership with New Enterprise Associates (NEA).  

In his prior role as CAA's Head of Mobile, Blank guided the agency's mobile initiatives, primarily focused on sourcing, managing, and negotiating opportunities for clients in television, film, fashion, lifestyle, music, and sports, among other areas.

Maura Rodgers

Maura has been starting, advising and investing in Internet companies for over 15 years. Prior to leading ideation at Caravan, she founded Bootup Entrepreneurial Society, a community and mentor driven incubator that helped launch over 100 technology startups. Maura has cultivated teams for numerous tech companies, including Strutta and Spinway Inc., working with partners such as Costco, Barnes & Noble, Capital One, and Kmart to help the company acquire 8M users in 11 months.

Outside of the office, Maura co-founded the Startup Visa Canada initiative, is a regular speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship and product marketing, and a strong advocate for women in tech.

Holding C-level positions with several large retailers, she was Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer with Petco, Head of Own Brand and Customer Experience for H-E-B, Chief Merchant for 7-Eleven, and VIce President for Target Corporation.

She also brings extensive board experience, having served as a Member of the Outward Hound Board of Directors, the Petco Foundation Board, the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Retail Advisory Board, and the Nielsen Retail Advisory Board.

Most recently Ben served as VP of Strategic Business Development for BroadbandTV (BBTV), where he played a key role as the company grew from $100M to $400M in revenue and completed a successful IPO on the TSE. Prior to that, Ben served as CEO of a social media startup company in Vancouver and spent 5 years in a variety of strategic roles at Yahoo!. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Prior to joining Caravan, he co-founded Centrix Studio, a Shanghai-based mobile gaming company, and acted as an independent consultant for numerous social gaming companies. He has also held executive management positions at several global media conglomerates, including acting as VP Games at Zynga, VP Product Development at Disney Interactive Studios, and VP & General Manager at Electronic Arts.

Robin is a hands-on technical leader with more than a decade of experience building modern web platforms and native apps from ideation to a scalable product used by millions. Prior to leading engineering for m56 Studios and fit52 at Caravan, he managed the technical side of product for large corporate clients like Telus, CBC, Wattpad and Peter Hahn, and non-profit organizations like Vancouver International Film Festival and the Radcliffe Foundation. Robin focuses on continuous iteration, following best practices on a cutting edge tech stack and delivering a rich user experience on time.

Raj brings with him over two decades of extensive hands-on experience in production operations, product development and studio management for mobile apps and games in consumer-facing industries. A seasoned executive with an entrepreneurial mind-set, Raj has also led multi-disciplinary teams distributed across global locations in the interactive entertainment industry that have produced AAA quality art and in-game cinematics for various console games and multi-million-dollar free-to-play titles launched by companies like GSN and GREE.


Prior to his association with m56 Studios, Raj held multiple leadership roles managing diverse teams developing content by using technologies like 3D, AR and VR to build unique experiences for companies like Target, Jetsynthesys, GSN and Technicolor.

Jennifer Fan

As VP of Digital at Caravan, Jennifer brings experience in strategic and e-commerce roles with entrepreneurial, growth stage and post-IPO consumer-facing companies.

Most recently, Jennifer was Chief Digital Officer at De Soi, a non-alcoholic aperitif brand co-founded by Katy Perry, and AMASS Botanics, a spirits and personal care brand.  Prior to De Soi, Jennifer led Customer Retention at REVOLVE, where she built and launched the company's customer loyalty program, grew retention marketing channels through innovative personalization, and expanded the personal styling program. She was formerly a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Leah started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs working on complex M&A transactions ranging in size from $200M to $20B in the media & digital space. Leah then joined TOMS, a pioneer in conscious consumerism, as a start-up and worked in a variety of leadership roles ultimately running the global eCommerce business through the sale to Bain Capital in 2014. She then led venture-backed Fame and Partners, a fashion brand fueled by on-demand manufacturing, as President & COO. Most recently she was an Entrepreneur in Residence with Caravan, where hai, the world’s smartest shower, was born.

Mike is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience successfully launching start-ups and turning around and scaling stagnant businesses. Prior to joining BlueLine, Mike was Head of the GCR BD for Amazon Game Services. Previously, Mike was the Country Manager for Vungle, where he was responsible for growing the regional operations in China and increasing revenue from 3M to 60M USD revenue in just 18 months and contributed to the exit to Blackrock for 750mil USD. Additionally, Mike launched the largest strategic IP trading platform in Asia, with revenues exceeding 100M USD as CEO in 2010 before he joined EA, Disney, and then Zynga as executive. He also worked with Centrixnet to implement an online gaming platform to start one of the first e-sport platforms in China.

Prior to that, Sona spent 9 years at Dermalogica heading up global brand marketing and was responsible for establishing the global brand strategy and all new product launches. She also held marketing roles at L’Oreal and Wella-Sebastian. During Sona’s tenure, she was an active participant in the success of three corporate acquisitions by Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Allergan.
